MG MGB

Arguably one of the most popular classic British sports car ever made, the MG MGB GT was a gem of British motoring. The 2-door roadster was released in 1962 and production continued until 1980. It had a 4-speed manual gearbox that drove a 1.8 Litre B-Series straight four engine, and, compared with its predecessor, the MGA, it made more use of the space giving it more room for luggage, and extra room for the passenger too. It was also slightly faster than the MGA, and had softer suspension, making it a nicer ride overall.

This MGB GT is a textbook example. While the car has been in with us, a whole multitude of things have been replaced or upgraded to really improve the cars appearance and performance. As well as a basic service, the car has also received a new slave cyclinder, a replacement nearside front calliper, a new alternator, a new manifold gasket and rocker cover gasket, a new hood with seals, and also rust treatment. In addition to this, it also received a respray in the engine bay. Overall, this MG is exemplary, and a cheery classic British sports car.
